The R-Board strives to provide professional, courteous and intelligent solutions to the waste disposal needs of citizens in Stafford County and the City of Fredericksburg.
Residential Hours
Monday– Friday:
8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday:
8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Annual passes and coupons are mailed to your home. If you purchase online, please allow 7 – 10 business days for processing and time to arrive via the USPS. If you need them quickly, you can purchase them at the Regional Landfill, located at 489 Eskimo Hill Road, Stafford, VA 22554. You must be a resident of the City of Fredericksburg or Stafford County to purchase. Nonresidents and businesses are not eligible. All Sales Final. No refunds.
