Annual passes and coupons are MAILED to your home, and cannot be used until you receive them. If you purchase online, please allow 7 – 10 business days for processing and time to arrive via the USPS. If you wish to use coupons or annual passes immediately, you must purchase them in person at the Regional Landfill, Fredericksburg Treasurer’s office, or Stafford County Treasurer’s office. You must be a resident of the City of Fredericksburg or Stafford County to purchase. Nonresidents and businesses are not eligible. You are allowed 2 annual passes per household, and each pass is assigned to a single vehicle. All Sales Final. No refunds.
