The R-Board strives to provide professional, courteous and intelligent solutions to the waste disposal needs of residents in Stafford County and the City of Fredericksburg.
Residential Hours
Monday– Friday:
8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday:
8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Annual passes and coupons are MAILED to your home, and cannot be used until you receive them. If you purchase online, please allow 7 – 10 business days for processing and time to arrive via the USPS. If you wish to use coupons or annual passes immediately, you must purchase them in person at the Regional Landfill, Fredericksburg Treasurer’s office, or Stafford County Treasurer’s office. You must be a resident of the City of Fredericksburg or Stafford County to purchase. Nonresidents and businesses are not eligible. All Sales Final. No refunds.
