The 2026 residential annual pass will be available for purchase on December 1, 2025. The 2026 residential annual pass is $140 and available for purchase online, at the Regional Landfill, the City of Fredericksburg Treasurer’s Office, and the Stafford County Treasurer’s Office. If you purchase online, please allow 7 – 10 business days for processing and time for the residential annual pass to arrive via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The 2026 residential annual pass becomes valid on January 2, 2026. All Sales Final. No refunds.
The residential annual pass is only valid for the calendar year, January 2, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The 2026 residential annual pass is assigned to a vehicle, and you are allowed 2 per household. As such, please be prepared to provide your vehicle registration when purchasing a pass. Your pass must be visible to the gate attendant as your vehicle drives up. Please affix the annual pass sticker to the backside of your rearview mirror or sun visor.
