The Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board (R-Board) is launching a pilot drop-off recycling program at the Howell Branch Library at 806 Lyons Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22406. Residents can bring their single-stream recycling and place it in the R-Board single-stream recycling dumpster, which is located at the back of the parking lot. The R-Board is grateful to the Central Rappahannock Regional Library for hosting the recycling dumpster at the Howell Branch Library.

- Empty, rinse, and remove lids

- Paper, cartons and cardboard
- Flatten cardboard
- Paper food and beverage cartons (soup and juice boxes, milk and juice cartons)
