2024 Annual Passes are $120. Annual passes are available for purchase online (https://appengine.egov.com/apps/va/landfill), at the Regional Landfill, or at the City of Fredericksburg Treasurer’s Office (city residents only). Please note that the Stafford County Treasurer’s Office will begin selling annual passes on January 2, 2024. If you need your annual pass before then, please purchase it at the Regional Landfill, 489 Eskimo Hill Road, Stafford, VA 22554.
