The R-Board accepts ink cartridges and cell phones for recycling in partnership with Girl Scout Troop 753.
RAPPAHANNOCK GOODWILL INDUSTRIES
The R-Board serves as a collection point for Goodwill for working TVs, computers, stereos, cameras, DVD Players, CDs and DVDs, small appliances, and gently used textiles. Goodwill also accepts non-working computer equipment and perhiperals for recycling. While you are encouraged to drop off these items off with us, the R- Board is not able to provide a receipt of donation. For more information about accepted items, visit Goodwill’s donation webpage.
BEST BUY
Best Buy has a take-back program for electronics including TVs, DVD players, computer monitors, audio and video cables, cell phones, and more. Most things are recycled absolutely free, with a few restrictions. Click HERE to visit their website and get the details for Virginia.
