User Fee Update

As of July 1, 2019 the following increases will take place:

Annual passes will increase from $100 to $120.

Coupon books will increase from $30 to $40.

Per visit fee will increase from $4 to $5

Additionally we will implement a new Oversize load fee. The Oversize load fee will be applied to solid waste being transported in Cargo vehicles or trailers over 8 feet in length. A cargo vehicle is defined as any vehicle with open or enclosed cargo space or cargo vans with only driver and front passenger seating. This definition extends to dump trucks, box trucks, moving vans, and enclosed trailers.

I bought my 2019 annual pass or coupon book before the July 1, 2019 trailer fee went into effect. Will I have to pay the $20 trailer fee?

No, if you bought coupon books or your annual pass before July 1, 2019 the R-Board will honor the passes until the end of 2019. But effective January 1, 2020 the trailer fee will go into complete effect and any material brought in a trailer longer than 8′ in length outside of the above parameters will be subject to the $20 fee

The R-Board continues to operate solely on revenue generated through commercial and residential fees. We are not supported through your tax dollars and therefore need to maintain a fee schedule that supports operations. Residential fees have not been increased since initial implementation in 2015.
